PAL to resume Clark – Basco, Batanes flights by July 2
CLARK FREEPORT – Philippine Airlines (PAL) will resume flights from Clark International Airport (CRK) to scenic Basco, Batanes and vice versa starting July 2, 2024.
PAL said that the route will operate four times weekly via PR 2688 every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
Flights to Basco will depart at 11:00 a.m. and arrive at 12:35 p.m., while the return flight to Clark will be at 1:00 p.m.
From CRK, PAL also offers daily flights to Cebu, thrice weekly to Caticlan (Boracay), and four times weekly to Busuanga (Coron).
“We are delighted to revive our Clark-Basco service commencing in the third quarter of 2024. Convenient connectivity is essential for travelers who wish to experience our island-destinations. We will endeavor to reopen more routes out of Clark as we continue to grow our network from Central Luzon,” said Capt. Stanley Ng, PAL president and chief operating officer (CEO).
Noel Manankil, president and CEO of the private consortium LIPAD operating the CRK, said the renewed connection of PAL “not only signifies the strengthening of ties between two vibrant destinations but also underscores the importance of Basco in the growth of CRK.”
