LUCENA CITY — A 55-year-old man was wounded on Sunday, April 7, after his son hacked him in Unisan town in Quezon province over a family feud, the police said.

Rogelio suffered serious injuries and was rushed to a hospital in the town proper for treatment. He is still confined but is now in stable condition.

The police later arrested his son, detained and will face criminal charges.

“Family quarrel” between the two triggered the hacking incident, the police said, but did not elaborate. INQ
