MANILA, Philippines — The alleged mastermind in the alleged abduction and killing of pharmaceutical executive Eduardo Tolosa Jr. has been arrested, Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Brigadier General Redrico Maranan said Friday.
Maranan confirmed that the Novaliches police arrested Carlo Cadampog, 35, at a mall on April 1. He said Cadampog was No. 1 on the list of Novaliches Police Station’s most wanted.
The QCPD chief said the suspect was collared as authorities served the warrant of arrest issued against him by Presiding Judge Nevic Cordillo Adolfo of Tanauan City Regional Trial Court Branch 83.
