Manila Water: Parts of Quezon City, Rizal to temporarily lose water supply

MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in Quezon City and Rizal will experience temporary water supply interruptions from April 3 to 5 due to scheduled maintenance activities, the Manila Water Company announced.
In an advisory posted on its website on Tuesday evening, the Manila Water said that water connection will be temporarily cut in the following areas:

Antipolo
From April 3, 10 p.m. to April 4, 4 a.m.
Parts of Barangay Dela Paz (Ortigas Avenue Extension Road, Hamaka Park (Ynares) up to Ortigas Avenue Extension Road Checkpoint and Varese Heights Estates)
Reason: Line maintenance at Ortigas Avenue Extension, Barangay Dela Paz
Parts of Barangay Dela Paz (Daang Bakal Road, Taktak Road, Hinulugang Taktak Road, Purok Kalayaan, Summerville Pinagmisahan, and Fairmount Hills)
Reason: Line maintenance along Daang Bakal Road, Barangay Dela Paz
From April 4, 10 p.m. to April 5, 4 a.m.
Parts of Barangay Dela Paz (Villa Ligaya, M. L Quezon, A. Bonifacio Street, C. Lawis Street, Masangkay Street, and Gen Luna Street)
Reason: Line maintenance along C. Lawis Street, Barangay Dela Paz

From April 4, 10 p.m. to April 5, 4 a.m.
Parts of Barangay South Triangle (Along Edsa from Timog to Edsa; Along Samar Avenue, along Sgt Esguerra; Along Borromeo from Edsa to Esguerra; Along Eugenio Lopez from Edsa to Esguerra; Along Panay from Edsa to Scout Albano)
Reason: Interconnection between Timog and Quezon Avenues
Manila Water advised affected residents that once water service is restored, they should let the water flow out of their taps for a few minutes until the water becomes clear.
