MANILA, Philippines — Pulse Asia Research Inc. released on Tuesday a survey on the preferred senatorial candidates for the 2025 midterm elections.
The polling group asked the question “If the May 2025 elections were to be held today, which of the following would you vote for as senator?”
ACT-CIS Representative Erwin Tulfo topped the survey with 57.1 percent, followed by former senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto with 51.8 percent, and former president Rodrigo Duterte with 47.7 percent.
Duterte was followed by Senator Bong Go, with 44.2 percent, Sen. Pia Cayetano (37.7 percent), and boxing legend and former senator Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao (33.7 percent).
The next six preferred candidates based on the survey are Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa (33.2 percent), Sen. Imee Marcos (32.1 percent), former Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso (31.5 percent), Ben Tulfo (30.5 percent), Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. and Makati City Mayor Abigail :Abby” Binay.
The survey was conducted from March 6 to 10.
