CAAP spreads goodwill at airports

Caap to make masterplan to improve PH aviation sector

MANILA, Philippines — The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) on Maundy Thursday distributed snacks and hygiene kits to Holy Week passengers at the San Jose Airport in Mindoro, Dipolog Airport in Zamboanga del Norte, and Bicol International Airport.

Naga Airport passengers were also given personalized pouches and bracelets.

Meanwhile, the CAAP also set up a medical station at the Laoag International Airport for passengers with medical concerns.

Captain Manuel Tamayo, the CAAP Director, told airport managers to ensure ease-of-travel to the passengers for the Holy Week.

“Let’s provide the best service our travelers deserve to ensure convenient, accessible, safe, sustainable, and affordable transport this Lenten season,” Tamayo said.
