Fire breaks out in Sta. Mesa residential area

MANILA, Philippines –Fire hit a residential area in Sta. Mesa, Manila Friday, an official of the National Capital Region Bureau of Fire Protection said.

Fire Officer 3 Sheila Balaba said the fire, which started at 3:32 p.m., gutted an unidentified number of houses along Pureza St.

It was put out at  4:10 p.m.
