MANILA, Philippines — The easterlies will bring isolated rain showers over parts of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao on Wednesday, even amid relatively hot and humid temperatures, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
According to Pagasa, the easterlies refer to the warm winds coming from the direction of the Pacific Ocean.
