MANILA, Philippines—Empty shells from .45-caliber pistol recovered in Cavite where the dead body of Alfred “Bading” Mendiola was found, matched one of the guns confiscated from Ryan Dominguez, said a report from 990 AM Radyo Inquirer on Thursday.
This was the initial result of the cross-matching conducted in Camp Crame, the report said.

Ryan, the younger brother of Raymond and Roger Dominguez, was arrested on Tuesday in Malolos, Bulacan with three other companions after the police recovered from them guns, grenades, drugs and three vehicles that were believed to be car napped by the group.
Police suspected it was the camp of the Dominguez who has the strongest motives for killing Mendiola, the key witness in Dominguez brothers’ case. Raymond and Roger are now facing charges of car theft and homicide due to the separate incidents of car napping and killing of two car dealers in January 2011. Charry Espino, trainee, INQUIRER.net
