MANILA, Philippines—Former President and now Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo will undergo diagnostic procedures to know the cause of her heart constriction at the Makati Medical Center, Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported Thursday.
Though Arroyo was under hospital arrest at the Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC), the Pasay Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 112 allowed her to take medical examinations due to the recurring chest pain, the report said.
The congresswoman will be staying in the hospital for the day as recommended by her doctors in VMMC to assure her health conditions, the report added. Charry Espino, trainee, INQUIRER.net
