Marcos inks law creating state agri university campus in Floridablanca
MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has signed into law an act that will create a Pampanga State Agricultural University campus in Floridablanca, Pampanga.
According to the Presidential Communications Office, Marcos signed the law on February 15.

Republic Act No. 11977 said that the campus will “offer short-term, technical-vocational, undergraduate, and graduate courses within its areas of competency and specialization.”
“The PSAU-Floridablanca Campus shall be mandated to undertake research and extension services, and production activities in support of the socio-economic development and to provide progressive leadership in these areas,” it said.
A 50-hectare wide land in the Floridablanca National Agricultural School on which the school will be built will also be provided.
