MANILA, Philippines — A 70-year-old vendor was found dead in Quiapo, Manila, on Saturday afternoon, according to police.
In a report on Sunday, the Manila Police District (MPD) identified the vendor as Jopra Domingo, who allegedly died due to lingering illness in front of a general merchandise store on Quezon Boulevard.
Police said they responded after they received information from witness Antonieta Gainsan — who discovered the lifeless body of Domingo within the area.
