Marcos conducts aerial inspection of flood-stricken Davao de Oro town
MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Wednesday conducted an aerial inspection of a flooded and landslide-stricken area of Davao de Oro.
“President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. conducted an aerial inspection in Barangay Masara in Maco, Davao de Oro today, February 7. This is after the landslide in the area yesterday, caused by the shear line and low-pressure area in Davao Region,” said the Presidential Communications Office in a Facebook post.
The President was in Davao for a series of activities, including a situation briefing on the floods and landslides.
