MANILA, Philippines — Pet owners have a chance to win free train rides for two weeks on the Light Rail Transit (LRT) line 2 as a celebration for the first-year anniversary since pets were allowed to board the LRT2 trains.
LIST: Things you should know before bringing pets aboard LRT-2
Below is the list of mechanics as posted on the Light Rail Transit Authority’s (LRTA) official Facebook account:
- Comment on the official LRTA announcement post with a photo of them together with their furbaby taken inside the LRT2 train or platform area
- Follow the LRTA social media pages (Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok)
The poster with the highest number of reactions to their pictures will win the two-week unlimited ride.
LRTA said that entries can be submitted until February 11 at 11:59 p.m. only.
Employees of LRTA are not allowed to participate in the contest.
The LRTA started allowing passengers to board their pets on trains on February 1, 2023.
