MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) advised motorists to take alternative routes to give way to reblocking and repair work in Pasay City and Caloocan City starting Friday evening.
The work, to be conducted by the Department of Public Works and Highways, will commence at 11 p.m. on Friday, January 26 until 5 a.m. on January 29.
Below is the list of the affected areas as posted on MMDA’s Facebook account:
- Edsa southbound, after Cabrera Street, outer lane, Pasay City
- Edsa northbound, between General Tirona Street and Don Vicente Ang (5th lane from the sidewalk), Caloocan City

All affected roads will be fully passable by 5 a.m. on January 29, the MMDA said.
