Tropical Storm Kabayan (international name: Jelawat) has weakened into a tropical depression as it made landfall in Manay, Davao Oriental, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported on Monday morning.


Marcos: Tension in region increased, not diminished
