Areas in QC, Makati, Taytay to have water interruptions from Nov. 6 to 9
MANILA, Philippines — Line maintenance and interconnection activities from November 6 to 9 will cause water supply interruptions for some clients of the Manila Water Company Inc. in Quezon City, Makati City, and Taytay in Rizal.
According to Manila Water, parts of Barangay Central and Barangay Project 6 in Quezon City will be affected by the interruption starting at 9:00 p.m. on November 6 until 2:00 a.m. on November 7.
Parts of Barangay Sta. Ana (Ynarez Avenue) in Taytay, Rizal will likewise experience water supply interruption due to an interconnection activity from 10:00 p.m. on November 6 until 4:00 a.m. on November 7.
Meanwhile, from 10:00 p.m. on November 7 to 2:00 a.m. on November 8, another line maintenance activity will affect parts of Barangays Pinyahan, Bagong Pagasa, and Vasra in Quezon City.
Manila Water further said that water interruptions will likewise occur in the following parts of Makati City:
- Whole of Barangay Santa Cruz
- Whole of Barangay La Paz
- Whole of Barangay San Antonio
- Whole of Barangay Pio Del Pilar
- Parts of Barangay Singkamas (Aranda, Montojo, Primo De Vera, Moonlit, Pasong Tirad, Baron, Ponte and Sotelo Calv)
- Parts of Barangay Tejeros (Aranda, Montojo, Primo De Vera, Pasong Tirad, Pasong Tirad, Ponte, Tella, Barron, Yague, Pasong Tamo and Chino Roces)
- Parts of Barangay San Lorenzo (Ecology Village I, Ayala Ave., H.V. Dela Costa, Villar, Sedeno, Velasquez, Valero, San Agustin, Leviste, Soliman, Valero Access Rd 1, Valero Access Road 2, Paseo, , Valero Access Rd3, Valero Access Road 4, Cruzada, Buendia, Bautista, Tordesillas, Lakandula, V.A. An interconnection activity from 10:00 p.m. on November 8 to 7:00 a.m. on November 9 will affect the said barangays.
Manila Water advised the affected residents to store enough water for their needs during the service disruptions.
