Pagasa predicts cloudy skies, rains during BSKE, ‘Undas’

Rainy weather will prevail during the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) and “Undas” week due to the northeast monsoon, shear line and a potential low pressure area in the coming week, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Friday.

In its latest weather bulletin, Pagasa said that rainfall is expected in the Bicol Region, the Visayas, Caraga and Quezon on Oct. 30 to Oct. 31, which also coincides with the BSKE.

The weather bureau also said that Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region will experience cloudy skies with light rains.
