MANILA, Philippines — The Manila Water Company announced the schedule of water interruptions in some areas of Makati City, Pasig City, and Quezon City from October 11 to 13.
In its advisory on Tuesday, it announced that there would be water interruptions in the three areas due to line maintenance activities.
Below is the list of areas that will temporarily lose water connections and the schedule of interruptions:
Makati City
- Chino Roces, cor. Dela Rosa and Chino Roces, cor. Arnaiz Ave., parts of Barangay Pio Del Pilar
- From October 11, 10 p.m. to October 12, 4 a.m.
Pasig City
- Amang Rodriguez Ave. Tierra Verde Executive, Santolan, parts of Barangay Santolan
- From October 12, 10 p.m. to October 13, 4 a.m.
- F. Mariano Ave. Sonia Dela Paz, parts of Barangay Dela Paz
- From October 12, 10 p.m. to October 13, 4 a.m.
Quezon City
- Granada cor. N. Domingo, parts of Barangay Valencia
- From October 12, 10 p.m. to October 13, 4 a.m.
- Along East Ave. (beside the National Kidney and Transplant Institute), parts of Barangay Central
- From October 12, 10 p.m. to October 13, 4 a.m.
- Kalantiaw cor. P. Tuazon Ave., parts of Barangay Masagana, Barangay Villa Maria Clara, and Barangay Bayanihan
- From October 12, 10 p.m. to October 13, 4 a.m.
Residents in the affected barangays were advised to store enough water to meet their needs during the duration of the interruption.
Once water is restored, residents should keep the water flowing until it becomes clear, Manila Water said.
