Bolongan wins cifya monthly title

LUKE Bolongan snatched this month’s Cebu Inter-Family Youth Association (CIFYA)-Prima Cebu Tenpin Bowling title by toppling 11 other competitors last June 19 at the Gaisano Bowlingplex.

Bolongan scored a total of 1,628 pinfalls after eight rounds. He 212 pinfalls in the sixth game, which became his best performance in the tournament.

Clarence Tiu landed in second spot with a 1,606 pinfalls while Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association’s Vivian Padawan rounded off the top three bowlers by finishing with 1,555 pinfalls./CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
