Palace bares new appointments in OP, DFA, others

MANILA, Philippines — The Palace on Thursday announced several new appointments in government.

In the Office of the president, Reichel Quiñones was named as the Chief of Presidential Protocol and Presidential Assistant on Foreign Affairs. For the National Commission of Senior Citizens, Mary Jean Laoreche is the new commissioner.

Under the Presidential Communications Office, Sanjay Claudio was named as member of the Representative from the Educational Sector, Board of Directors of the People’s Television Network.

The appointments also ranged from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) to the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP). The appointees are as follows:
