LIST: Road closures in Metro Manila from Sept. 29 to Oct. 2
MANILA, Philippines — Some roads in the National Capital Region are closed this weekend, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said on Friday.
According to MMDA, the Department of Public Works and Highways has been working on reblocking and repairs that started at 11:00 p.m. on Friday, September 29, and will last until 5:00 a.m. on Monday, October 2.
The following roads will be impassable over the weekend:
Pasig City
C-5 Road Northbound (NB) Lane 2
C-5 Road, E. Mejia Street near C-5 Service Road, along C-5 Road near Casa Verde

EDSA NB, Between Don Vicente Ang to Gen. Evangelista (2nd lane from sidewalk)
Rizal Ave. Exit NB, between 11th Ave. and Bustamante St. (2nd lane)
Pasay City
EDSA Taft Ave. NB to MRT Station (2nd lane)
EDSA SB after Malibay Bridge (Outer lane)
Manila City

The MMDA advised motorists to take alternate routes in the meantime and assured travelers that the affected roads would be fully passable by Monday morning.
