Rainwater inundates most parts of Edsa once again on Thursday

MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) reported gutter-deep floodwaters in different parts of Edsa caused by heavy rains on Thursday afternoon.

Below is the list of areas with gutter-deep floods according to MMDA’s advisory.

Meanwhile, above-gutter floodwaters have been reported in Edsa after Reliance northbound.

It remains passable to all types of vehicles as of 4:46 p.m., said MMDA.

According to the state weather bureau’s afternoon advisory, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila brought by localized thunderstorms.
