MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Consular Office in Zamboanga City will be closed on Wednesday, September 27.
In an advisory, the DFA said this in line with the observance of Maulidin Nabi or the birth anniversary of the Prophet Mohammad.
This is pursuant to the Presidential Decree No. 1083 of the Muslim Code of the Philippines.
Applicants for consular services with confirmed appointments on September 27 will be accommodated from September 28 to October 27. (Harold G. Hernandez,INQUIRER.net trainee)
