Fair weather to prevail over Metro Manila, other parts of Luzon, Visayas
MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair weather conditions will be experienced in Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon and Visayas on Wednesday, the state weather bureau said.
However, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather forecaster Obet Badrina said that there is still a high chance of rain in these areas from afternoon to evening.
(Manila and other parts of Luzon and Visayas are still expected to be quite hot in the afternoon while there is a high chance of rains in the afternoon to night time due to localized thunderstorms.)
Meanwhile, a large portion of Mindanao will still experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ).

(We still expect that a typhoon will form or enter the PAR until the end of September.)
(We are still monitoring part of the eastern section of the country, in the part of the Pacific Ocean, because we are not eliminating the possibility of having an LPA here.)
No gale warning signal is raised in any part of the country’s seaboard, Badrina said.
