Nominations of 3 foreign service execs secure CA nod

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Appointments (CA) has approved the nominations of three foreign service officials of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

Kira Christianne Danganan Azucena was designated Chief of Mission, Class I, as a non-resident Ambassador to Niue in addition to her being an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to New Zealand.

Charlie Pacana Manangan, on the other hand, was designated Chief of Mission, Class I, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Iraq.

Meanwhile, Catherine Cruz Sy was named Foreign Service Officer, Class IV.
