CA confirms Teodoro as DND chief, 11 AFP officers’ promotion

CA okays appointment of Gilberto Teodoro Jr. to DND

Department of National Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. INQUIRER FILES

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Appointments (CA) on Wednesday confirmed the selection of Gilberto Teodoro Jr. as Secretary of the Department of National Defense (DND).

It also authorized the promotion of 11 generals and senior officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).
