One killed, over 100,000 persons affected by Goring and Hanna

MANILA, Philippines — One person was reported dead from the combined effects of super typhoon Goring and typhoon Hanna, National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said on Friday.

The fatality is from Western Visayas.

NDRRMC says details are still being validated.

The total number of individuals displaced by the calamities brought by Hanna and Goring reached 106,677.
