About 200 kilograms of crystal meth (shabu) estimated to be worth P1.3 billion were found inside an abandoned car in the parking lot of a supermarket in Barangay Camachiles, Mabalacat City in Pampanga province early on Friday.
In a report on Saturday, the Philippine National Police said agents of the National Bureau of Investigation along with police officers of Mabalacat City, opened the trunk of the parked red Toyota Avanza with plate number ZGS 643 and found shabu concealed in packs of Chinese tea bags.
The tea bags were found inside sacks and boxes labeled “refined sugar.”
