MANILA, Philippines — One person was killed while three others were injured when a wall at a construction site within Quezon City Hall ground collapsed on Thursday evening.
A Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) report identified the dead as Russel Erezo/Grezo, 22, and the injured individuals as Erwin Ramos, 32; Joshua Garcia, 23; and Christian Mamposte, 20.
The BFP said they received the report at about 10 p.m., August 17, that a wall fell apart at a construction site of Building D in Quezon City Hall, Barangay Central, prompting authorities to order rescue and retrieval operations.
