MANILA, Philippines—Former police officer Michael Ray Aquino, one of the principal accused in the murders of publicist Salvador “Bubby” Dacer and driver Emmanuel Corbito finally arrived here after years of hiding in the United States.

Aquino arrived 6:47 a.m. Sunday from Los Angeles via Philippine Airlines flight 103 accompanied by National Bureau of Investigation Foreign Liaison Division Chief Head Agent Atty. Claro De Castro and NBI Airport Division Head Agent Jesus Manapat.

The former intelligence officer of the defunct Presidential Anti-Organized Task Force (Paoctf), who served six years in jail for espionage in the United States, is considered the key to identifying the mastermind behind the gruesome Dacer-Corbito murders.
