VARIETY SHOW AT SRP

AT LEAST 200 policemen were deployed to secure the popular variety show “Wil Time Big Time,” which drew thousands of spectators last night at the South Road Properties in Cebu City.

The policemen were sent to maintain order in the show hosted by popular TV personality Willie Revillame.

A separate group of policemen were also assigned to Revillame’s co-host Shalani Soledad, who is also a councilor of Parañaque City./CORRESPONDENT CHITO O. ARAGON

CELL SHOP BURGLARIZED

CELL PHONES and accessories worth P18,000 were stolen from a cell phone shop in barangay Poblacion, Medellin town, northern Cebu, yesterday.

Police said burglars entered the G and M Techcell shop by destroying the wooden window of the store at dawn./CORRESPONDENT GABRIEL C. BONJOC
