THE wife of Philippine National Police (PNP) Director Nicanor Bartolome led doctors in the operation tuli (circumcision) and dental program on April 14 in Mandaue City, Cebu.

Noemi Bartolome and her fellow doctors conducted the activity at the Mandaue Central Elementary School. At least 53 children were circumcised, while several others got dental services from the PNP dental team.

PNP chief Bartolome, who was present at the event, said the operation tuli and dental program is a nationwide activity of the PNP during summer to help the children of poor families.
