Teen found dead off Lapu

THE body of an 18-year-old man was found floating in the waters off barangay Looc, Mandaue City, yesterday morning.

Police said Randy Gonzales, a native of Bulacan province, had been missing since Wednesday.

The man lived with his sister in barangay Pajac, Lapu-Lapu.

Love problems may have drove the man to drown himself.

The victim’s wallet and cellphone placed inside a plastic bag were recovered from the man’s possession.

Letters were also found in the plastic bag. Based on the letter, the man and his girlfriend were not in good terms.  REPORTER JUCELL MARIE P. CUYOS
