Makati City opens new physical rehab center

The local government of Makati City on Monday opened its 24/7 primary care services at Makati Life Medical Center in Barangay Bel-Air.

The hospital has a total of 360 beds and 190 doctor’s clinics, offering multiple specialty centers with advanced medical technology and facilities focused on prevention, treatment and physical rehabilitation services.

“[It] include[s] a Cancer Center with a linear accelerator for radiation treatment, a Cardiac Center with a cardiac catheterization lab for angiography, an open heart surgery and organ transplantation surgeries,” the city government said.

Mayor Abby Binay said that Makati Life Medical Center was “a testament to the city’s commitment to providing excellent health care that is accessible, affordable and of the highest medical standards.”
