MANILA, Philippines — The easterlies on Tuesday are expected to bring hot and humid weather in Luzon and overcast skies with chances of thunderstorms in Visayas and Mindanao, the state weather bureau said.
(In parts of Luzon, we expect generally fair weather with hot and humid weather and low chances of rainfall. In parts of Visayas and Mindanao, we expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with chances of isolated thunderstorms.)
