CAVITE—A wayward chemical tanker crashed into a row of houses in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, on Tuesday, causing a fire.

Supt. Ulysses Cruz, Dasmariñas police chief, said the tanker was out of control and hit three vehicles—a truck, car and van—at the Palapala Junction before it crashed into three houses past 1 a.m. A fire broke out that was put out after 30 minutes, said Cruz.
