LUCENA CITY — A drug suspect was shot and killed late Thursday, March 16, in Antipolo City.

The Police Region 4A reported that the assailants on board a motorcycle arrived at 8:33 p.m. at the residence of Rodrigo Garduce in Barangay Cupang.

One of the riders, Arman Hermita, called Garduce, who stepped out of the house.

While the two were urinating, another rider armed with a handgun approached Garduce and shot him in the head.

The gunman escaped with two others aboard the same motorcycle leaving Garduce dead.

Investigators suspected that the killing was “possibly drug-related” since the victim was a known illegal drug runner in the area.

Police were reviewing the footage from security cameras around the perimeter of the crime scene to identify the killers. INQ
