DA-PRDP Central Luzon warns public vs scammers posing as its employees

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Agriculture-Philippine Rural Development Project (DA-PRDP) Central Luzon on Thursday warned the public against scammers who identify as its officials to offer services and subprojects.

The DA-PRDRP made the warning after receiving reports of specific individuals acting as the agency’s officials and personnel to offer subprojects or services to offices and organizations.

“Let it be known that these individuals in the aforementioned incidents are neither affiliated nor authorized to represent DA-PRDP. Furthermore, no fee, whatsoever, is being demanded nor collected from any individual or office in exchange for whatever sub projects or services of the DA-PRDP,” said the DA-PRDP Central Luzon in a public advisory.

According to the DA-PRDP Regional Project Coordination Office 3, there were reports of certain individuals that acted as the agency’s officials and personnel to offer subprojects and/or services to offices and organizations.
