MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Agriculture-Philippine Rural Development Project (DA-PRDP) Central Luzon on Thursday warned the public against scammers who identify as its officials to offer services and subprojects.

The DA-PRDRP made the warning after receiving reports of specific individuals acting as the agency’s officials and personnel to offer subprojects or services to offices and organizations.
