LUCENA CITY — A motorcycle rider died Thursday, March 9, in a road mishap in Antipolo City in Rizal province.
Motorcyclist Jemar Cabigquez, 23, was traveling around 2:45 a.m. along the Sumulong Highway in Barangay Sta. Cruz when he hit a tree on the roadside.
The impact threw the rider from the vehicle and his motorcycle slid more than 50 feet away. Cabigquez died while being taken to the hospital.
The police were still conducting further investigation.
