DPWH to conduct weekend road reblocking, repairs on two Metro Manila roads

Motorists are advised to take alternate routes as the Department of Public Works and Highways is set to conduct reblocking and repairs in selected roads in Metro Manila starting Friday night, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said on Friday.

MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Friday advised motorists to take alternate routes due to road reblocking and repairs on two Metro Manila roads over the weekend.

In the advisory, the MMDA said the Department of Public Works and Highways will conduct reblocking and repairs on the following roads starting 11:00 p.m. on Friday, March 3, until 5:00 a.m. on March 6.

The affected roads will include:

  •  C-5 Road Southbound (truck lane), Makati City
  •  Lanuza Avenue corner Doña Julia Vargas, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City

MMDA said these affected roads will be fully passable by March 6 at 5:00 a.m.
