4 suspects yield P700,000 worth of ‘shabu’ in Olongapo City

OLONGAPO CITY — Four drug suspects were arrested in this city in front of a school during a buy-bust operation early Thursday, March 2.
The suspects, whose names were withheld, yielded some 70 grams of alleged “shabu” (crystal meth) worth at least P700,000, the Olongapo City Police Office (OCPO).
The suspects were apprehended when they tried to sell shabu to an undercover agent in Barangay East Bajac-Bajac, the OCPO said.
Police said they immediately detained the suspects at the custodial facility of the city’s Drug Enforcement Unit and would be charged of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. INQ
