Rider with P3.2M worth of ‘kush’ arrested

Police arrested a rider after he was caught in possession of P3.2 million worth of “kush” or high-grade marijuana in a buy-bust operation in Caloocan City. The suspect Silvino Francisco Jr., 27, was arrested by operatives at 6:10 p.m. along Mindanao Avenue., in Talipapa, Quezon City, the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) reported. The QCPD previously received reports of Francisco’s illegal activity, which led to the buy-bust operation. Seized from the suspect were almost 2 kilograms of alleged kush, the boodle money, a P1,000 bill, a cell phone, a motorcycle, a helmet and a key.
