Police dismantles ‘drug den’ in Bataan town

HERMOSA, Bataan — Police and anti-narcotics operatives destroyed an alleged drug den in this town on Wednesday, February 22.

Hermosa police chief Maj. Emerson Coballes said lawmen also arrested seven suspected drug traders and confiscated 60 kilos of “shabu” (crystal meth) worth P408,000 during the buy-bust operation.

The suspects, who are mostly residents here, are known users and drug dealers in the province’s neighboring towns, Coballes said.

Continuous operations were still carried out in other villages to flush out suspected drug dealers, he said.
