Woman drug pusher busted in Antipolo City

LUCENA CITY — Police arrested a notorious woman peddler of shabu (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation early Thursday, Feb. 23, in Antipolo City in Rizal province.
The Police Region 4A said city anti-narcotics operatives busted Jemmalyn Marquez at 1:153 a.m. after she sold a pack of shabu to a poseur buyer in Barangay Mayamot.
Seized from the suspect were four sachets of shabu worth about P34,000.
The police said Marquez was on their watch list as a drug pusher in the locality.
Marquez was detained and will face a formal complaint of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
