LEGAZPI CITY — The local government of Pio Duran town in Albay province suspended classes on Monday, Feb. 20, while search-and-rescue operations continued for a missing man amid the inclement weather.

Pre-school, elementary, and secondary clases were suspended due to the threat of heavy rains brought by the low pressure area, an advisory of the municipal disaster risk reduction and management office said.
