Over P400,000 marijuana seized in Zambales, 3 suspects arrested

OLONGAPO CITY – Police seized an estimated P432,000 worth of dried marijuana and arrested three suspects in Zambales on Tuesday.
Zambales police chief Col. Fitz Macariola said an anti-illegal drugs operation was conducted in Barangay Simminublan in San Narciso town on Tuesday.
The three suspects were identified as Darewyll John Dano, 23; Jude Fortin Balmaceda, 24, and Joey Lopez Deocareza, 21.
Seized from them were four bricks and 11 transparent plastic sachets containing marijuana weighing 3,600 grams, police said.
The suspects were detained and will face a formal complaint for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
