Thief strikes at City Hall

A 47-YEAR-OLD taxpayer lost cash at the City Treasurers Office in Cebu City Hall to a man who posed as a fixer there last Tuesday afternoon.

Fe Bontilao told police that a man told her to give him P3,500 for her tax payment.

The woman said the man told her to have her documents photo-copied.

The woman left to photo copy her documents. The woman returned to the City Hall but could no longer find the man, said police./Correspondent Chito Aragon
