Cloudy, rainy Good Friday across PH — Pagasa

LEGAZPI CITY, Albay — The whole country will experience partly cloudy skies and rains on Good Friday due to a ridge of a high pressure area extending across the Northern Luzon, the state-run weather agency said.

In its weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophyiscal and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that the country would have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.

“Light to moderate winds blowing from the east to northeast will
prevail over the eastern section of Northern Luzon and coming from the Northeast over the rest of the country.  The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate,” Pagasa added.
