MANILA, Philippines – A truck loaded with bags of cement toppled in Manila on Thursday morning, causing traffic congestion along the area.
The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) reported a heavy traffic situation along Aragon-Mendoza Boulevard amid ongoing rescue and clearing operations as the truck overturned on the road at 5:36 a.m.
